At Cabal, we’re all about harnessing the power of your network. So when the Craft Ventures talent team approached us about building a new feature, it was a no-brainer.  

Talent leaders Cassie and Mikelle partnered with us to build our newest feature: Talent Marketplace. 

There was one clear objective for this product: removing the friction of connecting great talent with great companies. We were fortunate to leverage Cassie's experience as an in-house talent leader at companies like Uber and Palantir, plus Mikelle's career in executive search to deliver a product that's a win-win-win for recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers.

Solving a Persistent Challenge

Founders are always open to opportunistic introductions to outstanding talent at all levels – likely because of the reality that founders often must hire without the benefit of advance planning.
